Golf Club For Wedding

Their story began during our engagement photo session earlier, in the spring. We took advantage of the cherry blossom festival in Vancouver and visited a few areas. During our initial meetings, we were talking about their plans, what their dream wedding would be like. They told me they wanted to have the venue with mountain views, lots of greenery, possibly on a golf course. They looked through a lot of Vancouver golf club wedding venues and chose Westwood Plateau for their wedding. It had everything they wished for as the venue was close to their homes and one of the best wedding venues in the Vancouver area with mountain views.

Wedding Day Photography

On their wedding day, I started with Sergei preparation in the morning in his condo and quickly moved to Viktoria’s place nearby. When I arrived, all the guests were already waiting on the golf course in front of the stylish arch. The golf club wedding ceremony was filled with love and air bubbles from every single guest! Because of the wildfires around Vancouver that month it was very hazy and the sun looked like from another planet.

I took some wedding guest’s pictures and took my couple for the photoshoot. This is a fantastic venue and they were so helpful and gave us a lot of guidance and showed us some best wedding photo locations on the course. The wedding day pictures turned out great and I was happy I could be a part of their precious moment!

Westwood Plateau Golf and Country Club

Westwood Plateau offers some of the best scenery in the Vancouver area in a spectacular mountain setting. The facility has two banquet spaces which can host 50 to 250 guests. The 32,000-square-foot wood and rock clubhouse features cathedral ceilings, large patios, and a terrace where guests can relax and mingle. It is not surprising that this golf course wedding venue is one of the favourites of every wedding photographer in Vancouver!
