I have known Olga from the times when I was only starting my journey into photography. When they contacted me and asked to do family photos, I knew I would take them to the Burnaby Village Museum in Burnaby. It was a good idea to come a bit early to scout the location.

There were a few nice spots just a few steps from the entrance. I did not realize they have a few fruit trees there and a small garden with vegetables. It was hard to resist and took a few pictures of an apple tree. I actually ended up printing that picture on metal and now it is hanging on my wall. We stayed there for the whole session and the pictures turned out great!
